Exclusive homeowner leads. No carbon copies.
Phone-verified enquiries from homeowners in your postcode areas. Each one is issued once, to you, at a fixed price per lead.
Four installers, one homeowner, one job.
Shared lead sites sell the same enquiry to up to four installers. You race to ring first, the homeowner gets four calls before lunch, and the job goes to whoever is cheapest.
The homeowner's phone, shared lead
- The same name and number goes to every buyer
- Whoever calls first sets the price
- You pay for the race, win or lose
The homeowner's phone, Superior Leads lead
- One installer per enquiry, no exceptions
- Nobody else has the number
- If we can't issue it to you alone, we don't sell it
Checked before it reaches you.
Every enquiry passes the same checks before it exists as a lead. What arrives is a lead you can act on.

Homeowner
Asked outright on every enquiry. Tenants don't get through.
- 2
Verified mobile
We text the homeowner a code and they type it back. No code, no lead.
- 3
Address in your areas
Picked from the official address list and checked against the postcode areas you cover. Outside them, it never reaches you.
- 4
Timeframe
ASAP, one to two months, or three to six months. Asked every time, so you know who to ring first.
- 5
Property report
EPC data, the system size, and the price range the homeowner has already seen, so the first call starts in the right place.

Three steps to your first lead.
- 1
Agree your patch
Tell us the postcode areas you cover, what you install and how many leads a week you can handle. That number is your cap.
- 2
We build and run it
A homeowner funnel and the search and social campaigns behind it. You don't fund the media or manage a thing.
- 3
Leads land, you ring
Each one arrives the moment it's verified. Every Monday you get one invoice for what was delivered the week before.
What you never pay for
- Addresses outside your areas
- Duplicates of a lead you already have
- Numbers that fail verification
- Tenants
- Dead numbers, which we replace
Pay per lead, or we run your accounts.
Pay per lead
We run the campaigns from our accounts. You pay a fixed price for each lead delivered.
- One price per lead, agreed for your areas
- A weekly cap you set and can change
- No setup fee, no media budget, no fixed term
- Invoiced weekly in arrears
Managed campaigns
The same funnel and checks, run in your own Google and Meta ad accounts.
- You own the accounts and the data
- Your brand on the homeowner's report
- A weekly view of spend against leads
Straight answers.
Do you sell the same lead to anyone else?
No. Each enquiry is issued to one installer. If we can't issue it to you alone, we don't sell it.
How do you know the number is real?
We text the homeowner a code and they type it back before the enquiry becomes a lead. If the number later turns out to be dead, we replace the lead.
Which products do you cover?
Air source heat pumps, and solar panels with or without a battery. Tell us which you want and we only send those.
Which areas do you cover?
England, Scotland and Wales, by postcode area or district. You choose the areas; anything outside them never reaches you and is never billed.
How do leads reach me?
By email the moment they're verified, and into a Google Sheet or your CRM if you want. Most arrive within minutes of the homeowner asking.
Is there a contract or minimum spend?
No fixed term and no media budget. You set a weekly cap, we invoice weekly in arrears for what was delivered, and you can change the cap between weeks.
What does a lead cost?
One fixed price per lead, set by area and volume. Send us your areas and we'll come back with your rate and how many leads a week we expect to deliver.
Tell us your patch. We'll tell you what it can do.
Send your postcode areas and what you install. We'll reply within one working day with your price per lead and the weekly volume we expect to deliver there.
Got it.
We'll come back within one working day with your price per lead and the weekly volume we expect in your areas.
