This notice covers superiorleads.co.uk, run by VerifyRecruiter Ltd trading as Superior Leads. It applies to installers and businesses who contact us through this site.

What we collect

When you send the "Check your areas" form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number, the postcode areas you cover, what you install, the weekly volume you mention and anything else you write. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser, time).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote a price per lead for your areas and, if you become a customer, deliver leads and invoice you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, and contract once you place an order.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting) and Postmark (email delivery). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become customers are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
